That´s what i think when, on a sunny day in Costa de Caparica, i see the hundreds of surfers practising around.
Thought - I wonder what will happen when the accident occurs?
Why don´t the authorities prevent that, marking exclusive areas for practising? They have the main mobility to wandering around
